Database of State Incentives for Renewables & Efficiency (DsireUSA.org). This national database, administered by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, offers a comprehensive state-by-state breakdown of financial incentives for energy efficiency improvements, as well as renewable energy investments. The site also offers a nice summary of tax credits and other incentives offered by the federal government to businesses.
Utilities” Web sites. Many utility providers offer information on their Web sites about the rebates and other incentives they offer commercial customers for various energy upgrades.
